Roles and Responsibilities:
-Sense of urgency
-Strong desire to do whatever it takes in regards to the Guest’s experience.
-Perceptive to the Guest and their needs and wants.
-Ability to work positively with all associates within the restaurant.
-Ability to multi-task while taking care of the Guest’s needs and maintaining composure.
-Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
-Previous restaurant experience required. A minimumof two years serving experience in a restaurant that does an above average volume.
