Your role at Sephora:
As the Cash Wrap Coordinator, you are the leader of the cashier function, and you ensure the cashier zone runs smoothly by demonstrating excellent client service and through general operation management. In addition, you will:

  • Monitor sales, client feedback, and loyalty program results with Store Manager and communicate to fellow employees
  • Train and coach cashiers on client service skills, various check-out systems, and cash handling policies and procedures
  • Maintain (with store leader) optimum store staffing levels while adhering to budgetary goals
  • Management of the overall daily balance and tracking of unbalanced cash registers

We think you’d be a great for this role if you have:

  • 1-2 years’ cash handling/point-of-sale experience in the retail or service industry
  • Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays (REQUIRED)
  • Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong business accumen
